Our training programs draw on a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learner profiles, boost motivation and engagement, facilitate retention and understanding, encourage interaction and collaboration, enable better application of what has been learned, and, finally, strengthen ongoing assessment.

CERTIFICATION VALIDATION

Skills assessment through multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ).
Internal certificate validation requirements: 90% of answers must be correct to obtain the certificate.
Issuance of a certificate of completion at the end of the training program.

A Wide Range of Training Programs Already Underway

Although recently established, The French Hospitality Academy welcomed 170 learners in 2024 and expects to train an additional 500 in 2025. Our flexible training courses, ranging from one to two days, cover a wide range of topics, including service excellence, complaint handling and complex situations, cross-cultural awareness, and building long-term loyalty among high-end clients. Every traveler is unique, and our services must adapt with flexibility and elegance to their specific needs, creating a memorable experience between two journeys. Controlled flexibility, delivered with grace and professionalism, is an integral part of our mission. Our programs are currently undergoing Qualiopi certification, a distinction that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

The French Hospitality Group: A Rapidly Expanding Player

With the creation of The French Hospitality Academy, the Group is meeting the growing demand for qualified professionals to serve an exclusive clientele in the private lounges of airlines around the world.

We are also actively participating in international tenders to deploy our High-End Concierge and Luxury Service concept beyond Europe. thereby enabling our academy to expand its international reach.

New training modules are currently being developed to expand our offering, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with our clients’ expectations and needs.
