The Kitchen Assistant Helps prepare and serve food and beverages in airport lounges. Reporting to the Chef, you help ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of the items served to passengers.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare the ingredients and set everything up
- Prepare simple mixtures according to the technical data sheets
- Help set up and restock the buffets
- Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Keep the workstation clean
- Provide backup in the backcourt if necessary
Desired Qualifications
- CAP / BEP / BAC Pro in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations
